With 5 years of real estate experience, Ashley brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for helping others succeed. A Merkel, TX native, Ashley spent a decade in Snyder before returning to her hometown roots. She holds a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and a minor in Education from McMurry University, where her love for problem-solving flourished.

Before real estate, Ashley taught 5th-grade math for four years, serving on the Campus Leadership Team for three. This experience sharpened her skills in organization, time management, and understanding how people process information—skills she now uses to guide her clients.

 

Ashley also spent 2.5 years as a Zillow Homes Advisor and Sales Executive, gaining in-depth market insight, data analysis expertise, and a deep understanding of client needs. During her time at Zillow, she received multiple awards, reflecting her dedication to excellence and her drive to always stay at the top of her game. 

 

Now back in Abilene, Ashley is super excited to combine her love for real estate with her passion for mentorship, helping newer agents reach their goals while delivering exceptional service to her clients. Recently accepted into the Leadership Abilene Program for 2024-25, Ashley is eager to deepen her knowledge of the Abilene community. She plans to give back in 2025 by becoming more actively involved in local initiatives and contributing to the growth and success of the area she calls home.

 

Outside of real estate, Ashley is a proud mom of three and wife to her husband, Keith Hernandez. She loves spending time with her family, creating new experiences, and traveling together to make lasting memories.
